Imagine choosing between a lifesaving drug prescription - and fixing a leaky roof.  HouseProud seniors face choices like these every day.  Despite a fixed income and an aging home, these fragile neighbors all want the same thing - to stay home.  

On Saturday May 10, eight corporate volunteer teams turned out in force to deliver critical home repairs and improve the lives of eight low-income seniors in a single day.  Several other sponsors have committed volunteer teams on other dates to perform repairs as well.  Guided by neighborhood leaders, HouseProud staff had everything ready, and the ToolBank provided every possible tool.  Through the kindness of our sponsors and the mission of HouseProud, these seniors regain the chance - and the choice - to remain in their home.
